the location proved convenient (a real treat!). the staff displayed warmth and attentiveness. the breakfast provided a satisfactory selection of options, i found choices to my liking.
the absence of an ice machine was like a slight inconvenience.

the location was acceptable, putting me close to many shops.
i had an frustrating experience. the staff seemed untrained and unhelpful when i tried to resolve a billing issue. they were unable to provide a clear explanation for the charges and were quite dismissive of my concerns. it was a waste of my time.

the location was very convenient. i found many restaurants and shops nearby. sanjo station was close allowing for easy access to attractions.
my room felt a bit dated. it lacked some character. the breakfast was quite dismal i think.
