the absence of an ice machine was like a slight inconvenience.

i had an frustrating experience. the staff seemed untrained and unhelpful when i tried to resolve a billing issue. they were unable to provide a clear explanation for the charges and were quite dismissive of my concerns. it was a waste of my time.
